What can I expect on a cruise & walking holiday?

Fred. Olsen cruise ships provide our floating hotels, so there’s no flying, no packing or unpacking – just come on board and take it easy. You’ll enjoy fine dining as well as the excellent amenities on board, including evening entertainment and the tranquility of the library for those who prefer a little peace and quiet. All meals and a midnight supper are included so don’t forget your formal wear, as you will be encouraged to ‘dress for dinner’. There’s also an exclusive cocktail party one evening – this really is a luxury cruise and walking holiday at its best.

Where can I go?

On our ‘Roaming around Britain’ and ‘Kingdoms by the Sea’ cruises, your daily walking programmes will be as diverse as they are interesting, taking in the best of British coastal ports. Amongst these are bustling maritime cities such as Liverpool and Southampton, the remote Scottish Orkney town of Kirkwell and the traditional Irish port of Waterford, home to the famous Waterford Crystal (plus one stop across the Channel at Cherbourg on our Kingdoms by the Sea cruise!).
