We pride ourselves on providing excellent value for money and security to our customers. Unless otherwise stated in the holiday description, your holiday price includes:

Accommodation - in twin or single rooms with en suite facilities.

Half board meal arrangements - from dinner on the day of arrival to breakfast on the day departure.

Packed lunches on all guided walk days.

Any necessary transportation to and from the start and finish of the walks.

Daily guided walks by a Ramblers Countrywide Holidays leader.

Transfers - on holidays including pre-booked domestic flights, transfers between the airport and the hotel are also included (unless otherwise stated).
Please note, transfers are usually not included for those making their own flight or ferry arrangements.

Although most people join in the proposed walking itineraries most days, there’s no obligation to. All that we ask is if you decide not to join in with the organised walk, you inform your leader of your plans.

Optional excursions
During your holiday you may be offered the option to book a local excursion or activity, at a reasonable charge. If you choose not to, you will normally have this time at leisure. Please note, your contract will be with the supplier and although we cannot accept responsibility for their omissions, we will always offer assistance to a client in difficulty.

Local costs
Local transportation costs involved with the walking programme are usually included in the holiday price (see each individual holiday description for what applies to your holiday). However, entrance fees to any sites visited are not. An indication of any expected costs will be found in the Holiday Information Sheets that will be sent to you prior to departure.

Although optional for UK citizens (compulsory for holidays to the Channel Islands and Cruise and Walk holidays) we strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or for injury loss whilst on holiday.
